These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the supply of medical equipment, disposables and engineering services by PakMed Medical in the United Arab Emirates. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Use of This Website

The content on this website is provided for general information about our products and services. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but specifications, availability and prices may change without notice.

Quotations and Orders

All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. An order is confirmed only when accepted by PakMed in writing.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and subject to VAT where applicable. Payment terms are as stated on the quotation or invoice.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation dates are estimates agreed with the customer. The customer is responsible for providing site access and any site preparation required for installation.

Warranty and Service Contracts

Warranty terms for equipment are as specified by the manufacturer and on the quotation. AMC and PPM services are provided according to the scope agreed in the signed service contract.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PakMed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products or services supplied.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
