What medical equipment does PakMed supply?
We supply medical, dental, laboratory and aesthetics and laser equipment, along with medical disposables and consumables, for hospitals, clinics and labs across the UAE.

Our office is in Deira, Dubai, and we support healthcare facilities across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.

What is included in an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)?
An AMC typically covers scheduled preventive maintenance visits, priority breakdown support, calibration, safety testing and full service records. Each contract is tailored to your equipment list and budget.

What is the difference between AMC and PPM?
PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) is the scheduled care that prevents breakdowns. An AMC is a yearly contract that usually includes PPM plus corrective repairs and priority support under one agreement.

How often does medical equipment need PPM?
It depends on the device, how often it is used and the manufacturer recommendations. We build a PPM schedule for each item on your equipment list.

What should I do if critical equipment breaks down?
Call us on +971 52 450 1847 or email service@pakmed.ae. Our corrective maintenance team will diagnose the fault and arrange repair as quickly as possible.

Why is testing and commissioning important?
Testing and commissioning confirms that new or relocated equipment is installed correctly, safe and performing to specification, and gives you the documentation needed for MOH, DHA and DOH requirements.

Do you service aesthetics and laser machines?
Yes. We supply, install, maintain and repair aesthetics and laser equipment for aesthetic clinics, dermatology centres and medical spas.
